40 Hour Asbestos Project Monitor Initial – In Person

Applicants shall hold either an associate’s or a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in engineering, architecture, industrial hygiene or an environmental science degree as determined by the commissioner to be closely related, including but not limited to environmental health, biology, and earth science. Applicants shall have a minimum of one year experience in asbestos abatement, including experience in asbestos abatement project monitoring or six months field experience under the supervision of a licensed asbestos consultant certified as a project monitor. Applicants shall have successfully completed the training requirements as set forth in subdivision 20-440-7(c)(7) of the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
