LEAD RISK ASSESSOR DESCRIPTION:
Lead Risk Assessor courses offered at Chem Scope are CT DPH Approved under 20-478-1 through 3. Since Connecticut is an EPA authorized state, the course are also EPA Accredited under EPA CFR 40 745.226 and meet requirements of OSHA 1926.62. Training is accepted in other states. Check with individual states for any new requirements and added requirements for licensing or certification. Students who successfully complete the initial course become eligible to be certified by DPH in the discipline. They have to meet State requirements, submit a fee and an application.
Required for DPH abatement certification. Must have annual refresher before getting DPH certification renewed. DPH Accredited course.
