Chem Scope Inc. 8 Moulthrop Street, North HavenStudents who successfully complete the initial course and pass a third party federal exam become eligible to be certified by DPH in this discipline. They have to meet state requirements, submit a fee and an application. Students must have annual refresher before getting their certification renewed.
